My name is Amy, I'm 20 years old and currently a student at Cardiff University studying BA English Literature.
I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in January 2011 and have recently decided I want to use my experiences coping and living with the disease to help others who are doing so! So I've combined that and my love of writing to create this blog where you can find loads of information about how I go about my daily life with my Gluten-Free diet, including eating out/restaurant reviews, food/brand reviews, home cooking, favourites and any exciting developments in the world of gluten/wheat free.
